Business Analystic

Job Description:

• Collect and analyze user requests from customers/ management
• Business analysis to extract the logic, business rules, validation
• Prepare wireframe, mockup for product, project POC
• Writing software business requirements specification documents, diagramming use cases, creating diagrams
• Collaborate with partners, program teams to develop products and services
• Coordinating the acceptance, operation, training on using the developed services
• Summarize and report according to department regulations
• Perform other tasks when requested by superiors
